Trebor S. Brown
President
Trebor founded Southeastern Laundry Equipment in 1976 and is still active on a daily basis. With a staff of nearly 50, he has great people to man the front lines, but continues to be very involved in all areas of the business. Most any day you can pick up the phone and reach him. Cindy W. Richie
VP / General Manager
Cindy joined Trebor in early 1986 and oversees all areas of the operation. Anyone who knows Cindy and Trebor know they make a great team. She never thought laundry equipment would become her passion, but she says the great staff (and exceptionally strong team of managers) and a super boss makes it all worthwhile.

Accounting / Finance Manager
Lisa has been a valuable member of our team for 15 years. Over the years she has taken on a wide range of responsibilities including not only full accounting functions, but also HR and management of the office staff. Definitely a key person we count on in many confidential situations.

Kelly has been at Southeastern (off and on) for over 11 years. She cheerfully handles a wide variety of customer requests and oversees all billing and collections. With a large customer base, Kelly is very busy keeping up with all the A/R demands.
Rhonda Larsen

Rhonda quietly but diligently works in the accounting department processing payments, coding payables, answering phones, filing, mailing and just about anything else that is asked of her - all with a positive attitude.

Administrative / Sales Assistant
When you call into our office, Katie's upbeat voice will answer you with a smile and direct you to the correct person to handle your request. Katie also juggles a multitude of tasks in between calls. She's a natural for her position and we are grateful to have her on our team.

Joe Cole
Sales / Marketing Manager
Joe has been in the laundry industry over 20 years and with us for nearly 2. He assists our salespeople with help in all phases of the sales cycle as well as reporting sales trends to top management. Bringing a Sales / Marketing Manager to Southeastern has been a big help for the company.
Mitch Featherston
Marketing
Mitch joined Southeastern in early 1999, bringing his tenure here to nearly 11 years. He has a lot of industry and IT knowledge, which makes him an invaluable "go-to" guy for much of the staff. His infectious (if not slightly "off") personality also makes him a pleasure to work with.
Niki Rigdon
Sales Assistant
Niki has been here over 10 years and is an invaluable help to our sales staff. She is a cheerful help to both customers needing information and salesmen who need her assistance with a multitude of sales tasks. Many of our salespeople would be lost without Niki.
Jack Wilson
Customer Retention Manager
Jack has been in the industry for 14 years and joined Southeastern in 2009. While Jack has assists in multiple areas of the company, his primary focus is on retaining the relationship we have with our customers and making sure we take care of them throughout the entire life-cycle of their equipment purchase.

Bob Whitney
FL Service Manager
Bob is not a staff member in our home office, but a very important member of our team, non-the-less. We could not function nearly as efficiently in our Florida operation if it were not for Bob. He handles the service techs and all problems down there with seemingly great ease. What an asset and pleasure for employees and customers alike to have a guy like Bob with us for nearly 20 years!
Carl Estell
GA / AL Service Manager
Carl has been at Southeastern for nearly 18 years. He oversees techs in AL and GA and has numerous administrative duties in the home office. Carl also conducts service schools for customers and our own service staff.
Beverly Tatom
Service Associate
Beverly has been with us over 17 years. During this time she has worn many hats, primarily in customer service areas and the Service Department. Many customers and staff alike recognize her cheerful voice when they call. She has always been a big asset to us.
Brian Martin
Service Associate
Brian is the primary dispatcher for service and keeps up with the comings and goings of some 19 service techs. Whew! Never a dull moment for him.

Parts Manager
Mike has been in the industry for over 22 years and with Southeastern for 17 years! He is a tremendous asset to us and is well respected in the industry. Mike has a handle on all areas of the Parts Department and his commitment to Southeastern shows.
Jimmy May
Parts Supervisor
Jimmy has been with us for 15 years. He assists in all areas of the Parts Department, as well as helping to coordinate installations. Jimmy is always willing to help anyone in any department and his sense of humor is always contagious.
Sandy Keith
Parts Associate
Sandy is a wonderful addition to our Parts Department and specializes in coin laundry parts sales. She has been in the industry for many years and has many loyal customers. We are very glad to have her on our team.

Jeremy is our parts "sales guru". He is consistently one of our top parts salespeople and customers love him. He is a great team player and can always be counted to help out wherever he is needed.
Patrick Murphy
Utility Parts Associate
Patrick wears many hats in the Parts Department and is in great demand all the time. He receives and pulls all equipment inventory, assists with shipping, receiving, and office functions and he also keeps our warehouse in tip-top shape.
Ronnie Oliver

Ronnie has been with us for nearly 14 years. He is in charge of shipping and receiving and keeps our parts inventory in perfect shape at all times. He is a great asset to the department.
Donna Allison
Installation Coordinator
Donna keeps track of equipment inventory in multiple warehouses. She coordinates delivery and installation with site contacts and is a liason between salespeople, customers and our install crews.
