GA Braun Finishing Equipment
The Braun Flatwork Finishing System features outstanding productivity and versatility with the ultimate in ease-of-operation.
The three main components the Alpha Spreader/Feeder, the Delta Ironer, and the Omega Folder/Cross-folder-are integrated into a single system, which can be programmed with one-button classification selections. This integration allows the components to perform as one unit, as if it were custom designed to process goods of each specific classification.
Spreader / Feeders
The Braun Alpha 3-in-One® Spreader Feeder
Bilingual control display (English / Spanish)- Microprocessor control capable of holding in excess of 75 programs

- The Braun Alpha 3-in-One® Spreader Feeder is a multipurpose spreader/feeder that operates as three machines in one
- Vacuum deck that makes it capable of feeding king size sheets, table linen, and small pieces such as napkins
- Seamlessly transition to the processing of linens to fit the mix of goods that exist in the finishing line.

The Braun SpeedVac® Feed Table
- The Braun SpeedVac® Feed Table has been configured with dual vacuum boxes to ensure that the pieces being fed are taught and aligned
- The second vacuum box, positioned under the carriage, draws apart the flatwork and spreads it flat, maintaining a non-skewed trailing edge
- No pressure wheels are required to keep the piece in contact with the conveyor.
- Adjustable vacuum boxes, allowing the operator to make changes for optimal performance with different classifications of flatwork
- Caster-mounted for ease of mobility
- Inside working width of 130" with a feed height of 39" for optimum work flow
Flatwork Ironers
The Braun Delta Flatwork Ironers
Deep chest heating and large diameter rolls - your choice of 32" or 48" - produce crisp flatwork- The Delta is available with one to four rolls
- Available in either steam or thermal fluid heating
- Torsion bar suspension keeps roll pressure even for uniform drying and minimal padding wear
- Adjustable vacuum fans provide optimum drying conditions
- To increase production additional rolls can be added in the field
- All Delta Ironers are "Ploy-Chain" driven for low maintenance and assured reliability
- Single Inverter System controls the motor and machine speed
- Finger guard protection prevents accidental contact with heated surface and rolls
- Fail-safe brake stops roll instantly by manual or automatic control
- Rolls are automatically raised in the event of a power interruption to avoid scorching of flatwork and ironer padding
- Standard canopy prevents foreign objects from falling between rolls
